Since starting my academic career as a Posse Foundation Scholar at the College of Wooster from 2014 -2018, I decided to integrate technology into my research. I accomplished this goal when I majored in History with a minor in Computer Science.

As a Master's student at Georgia State University from 2018-2020, I engaged my interests through various projects. Such as the digitization of the Center for Disease Controls’ Ebola exhibit, Mapping Negro Motorist Travel Guide (Green Book) locations in Atlanta, and assisting in creating 3D models of 1930s Atlanta as a Student Innovation Fellow.

As a Doctoral Candidate in the Digital Media department at the Georgia Institute of Technology (2020-2025), I have continued to explore the intersections of design, technology, and the humanities.
